Purpose

This allows the user to assign certain item(s); namely more used and are without barcodes to 10 shortcut buttons. 
NoteThere are only 10 available buttons. The video provided will guide you step by step to set it up.
Process1. Login by cashier name and password

2. Exit from Order Screen by clicking the Exit button,
– Click on OK once windows “Are you sure you want to cancel an order? pops out”


3. To access the menu option, click on the dot beside the EXIT word.


4. Click on Button Setup from the drop-down list.


5. Login by supervisor id and password once authorisation prompt.


6. To adjust the position of the category button, change the priority number and save,
– The smallest number will be in the left position
– The bigger number will be in the right position


7. To change the position of the item button, click on that button and delete it,
– Click on an empty box and select the Item button
– From the window “ITEM INFO”. select Category & select Item Name follow by Back Colour and click on OK
– The deleted button will disappear until the new button create
– WIDTH and HEIGHT will change the size of the button (default is 1 & 1)


8. Exit from the Button Setup screen by click on the EXIT button.


9. To access Order Screen, click on the round table.


10. Check & verify the position of the button that was adjusted.
