This article is to guide you through when you facing the following issue.
- Step 1: Look for the Wi-Fi logo on the bottom right of the desktop as shown below.
- Step 2: Click on the Wi-Fi logo and look at your Hotspot name as shown below.
- Step 3: Choose on your Hotspot name and it will prompt out a window and it required your Hotspot password. After keying in the password, you may press on the next button to proceed as shown in the picture below.
