Product
To create product, the user has to create:
- 1st item department (to Separate e.g food / drink)
- 2nd Item Category (to differentiate the types of product)
- 3rd Product
To add a product requires 3 steps
- Add new product in Equipweb (to add the item in the system)
- Button setup in the EquipPOS (to show the item in the POS menu selection)
- Printer setup in EquipPOS (to show the item in the order slip print out
To add new product:
- Via item importer in EquipWeb (after initial POS is Setup)
Item Department
Under Product via down:
- Click on item department.
- Add new. When Creating an item department, both the Item department and Department name Must be fill up.
- Then click save.
Category setup
Under Product via down:
- click on category setup.
- Add New.
- Must Fill in the Category (name).
- Select the Department.
- Can category code.
- Click save.
