- Click Alternate Item Barcode Setup under Product Menu.
- Click Add New to add a new alternate barcode.
3. Fill in new barcode.
4. Key in item no of existing product and click Search.
5. Select the item in the dropdown list.
6. Click Save.
Item Group Promo
1. To Create Product Promotion, enter the “Setup Product Promotion” and click on the “Add New” button.
2. Search for the item.
3. After the item been found, click on Include item to group can multiple item.
4. Hit save.
Product Promotion
1. To Create Product Promotion, enter the “Setup Product Promotion” and click on the “Add New” button.
2. Fill in the details of the promotion and select add item.
Note: The promotion set based on date, time, days and for member or all. If there are same items that is applied to the different promotions, the higher priority (1 being the highest) will take effect.
Select either the Barcode, Product, Category or Item group for the promotion
3. There are 3 types of Discount:
(a) Promo Price (Final Amount) (For example: the price for each product is $4, price for 3 bundle is $10)
(b) Discount Percentage
(c) Discount Amount (For example: Qty is 2 and Discount Amount is 3. If customer only select 1 item the price is 10. When customer buy 2, the price will be $17. If customer buy 4, every 2 item is discounted thus cost will be $34)
