1. Click on "APPOINTMENT MANAGER" to start creating appointments for "Walk-In/Call-In" clients.
  2. The screen will show an overview of the stylists and their appointment throughout the day.
  3. You can change the date at the bottom of the screen, in between "NEW APPOINTMENT"  and "APPOINTMENT SEARCH"  to filter out your search
  4. Click " NEW APPOINTMENT " to start creating a new appointment.
  5. Select the stylist from the drop down list at the top of the screen.
  6. Enter the member(client) by clicking "SELECT MEMBERS"
  7. Enter the "NAME/PHONE NUMBER” in the text field to begin searching for the correct member(client).
  8. Ensure the member(client) is correct after searching.
  9. After search is done, proceed to click "OK".
  10. Proceed to enter the services that the member(client) will be doing by clicking "SELECT SERVICES".
  11. Enter the name of the service in the text field to start the search.
  12. After search is done, make sure to tick the check box to confirm the selection.
  13. Click " OK " once search and selection is done.
  14. Take note of the duration of the appointment. If there is a need, user can turn on duration minutes with the buttons. The duration of the appointment will be adjusted accordingly
  15. Click " OK " once everything is accounted for.
  16. Created appointments will be reflected under the staff who is in charge of the appointment.
  17. User can close the screen and proceed to use other functions.
  18. In "APPOINTMENT MANAGER", user can double click on the appointment assigned to them to create an invoice to complete the appointment.
  19. After double clicking the appointment, look for a button called "CREATE INVOICE" at the bottom left. and click it to open up the SALES INVOICE screen with the member(client) and services input in the appointment.
  20. User can proceed to Sales Invoice and carry on to Tender.
