Quotations can be created to issue to the customer(s) as a form of Pre-Sales confirmation.
Users do not need to re-enter the information again in the "FORMAL INVOICE".
However, if the user is not issuing a Quotation but wants to create a formal invoice, the user can opt to use " FORMAL INVOICE " and omit "QUOTATION".
- To create a quotation, click " QUOTATION ".
- The screen showed is the same as the normal "SALES INVOICE" screen.
- Searching of product, member, editing quantity, discount, etc remains the same except that:
(a) the member is now compulsory.
(b) there is no payment types or payment terms selection.
4. Proceed to search the member at the top of the screen or search for the product(s).
5. Once products and members has been selected, proceed to click "CONFIRM($$)".
6. After clicking " CONFIRM($$)", depending on the user settings it will either print a hardcopy directly to your
printer, or it will prompt a save for a soft copy.
